Mr Kar-Lok Ho | Partner
Mr Ho became a complex-casework member of the team in April 2008, when he gained his level 2 OISC accreditation. He is in charge of works in some of the more niche aspects of the immigration rules that are still applicable to some clients.

Mr Ho's caseload includes immigration application within the immigration rules, as well as leave outside the immigration rules applications. He is also qualified to draft substantive grounds to the First-Tier (Immigration and Asylum) Tribunal, on behalf of our clients.

Mr Ho graduated from the University of Salford with a Bachelor's Degree and a Post-graduate Diploma.

Miss Tan Li | Senior Partner
Miss Li has been practising UK immigration and nationality law for more than 20 years. She is registered to level 3 with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), meaning she undertakes some of the most complex works that our organisation receives instructions for.

She graduated from the University of Salford with a bachelor's degree and is able to communicate fully in Chinese, in both Mandarin and Cantonese.
​
Miss Li's specialist fields are Points-based system, Family and private life applications and appeals to the First-Tier (Immigration and Asylum) Tribunal.
