Our Partners

We understand that each client needs the reassurance of having experienced case handlers to oversee potentially life-changing applications, made to the Home Office and relevant Tribunals.  At Horizon Immigration Services, our partners have a combined 30+ years' experience in UK immigration and nationality law practice.  We afford each client and application(s) with as much attention as if they are family.

Mr Kar-Lok Ho      |      Partner 

Mr Ho became a complex-casework member of the team in April 2008, when he gained his level 2 OISC accreditation.  He is in charge of works in some of the more niche aspects of the immigration rules that are still applicable to some clients. 

​

Mr Ho's caseload includes immigration application within the immigration rules, as well as leave outside the immigration rules applications.  He is also qualified to draft substantive grounds to the First-Tier (Immigration and Asylum) Tribunal, on behalf of our clients.

​

Mr Ho graduated from the University of Salford with a Bachelor's Degree and a Post-graduate Diploma.

Miss Tan Li          Senior Partner

Miss Li has been practising UK immigration and nationality law for more than 20 years. She is registered to level 3 with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), meaning she undertakes some of the most complex works that our organisation receives instructions for. 

​

She graduated from the University of Salford with a bachelor's degree and is able to communicate fully in Chinese, in both Mandarin and Cantonese.  

​

Miss Li's specialist fields are Points-based system, Family and private life applications and appeals to the First-Tier (Immigration and Asylum) Tribunal.
