Appeals & Reconsiderations

Most applications presently do not attract a right of appeal.  In such instances, you should seek professional, qualified advice on the details for refusal; whether any material errors were made on the refusal document(s) before representing relevant rebuttals.  Most refusals will usually require a complex case-work colleague to undertake assessments and to provide an opinion on whether such outcomes should be pursued against existing case law / jurisprudence and practice experience.   Our partners have a combined 30+ years' practice in UK immigration law practice and all partners are able to undertake complex immigration caseworks / appeals.  We are regulated to levels 3 (advice, complex applications and appeals representation) by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC)
